Mrs. Effeh, Aggie Ebong is the Head of Human Resources/Corporate Services of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Lagos. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA).

Aggie started her working career in 1997 with Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited before joining the research industry in 2003. She later worked in Matbeny holdings in 2007, where she was till 2015 when she joined DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited.  Till date she has garnered many years of administrative experience in Banking, Research and Communications Industries.  Apart from her involvements in overseeing several sensitive administrative/personnel issues, she has turned many fresh/untested talents into solid business managers who are able to hold their own on assignments.

She has also supported teams in reorganizing/restructuring organizations for Organizational Development, where she has special interest. She has attended many functions related courses and in-house trainings. She a Certified Microfinance Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB).
