Asset Financing

Asset financing refers to the use of a company’s balance sheet assets, including short-term investments, inventory and accounts receivable, to borrow money or get a loan. The company borrowing the funds must provide the lender with a security interest in the assets.

Asset Financing Requirements

  2. Duly completed loan form
  3. Passport photographs of borrower
  4. Valid means of identification
  5. Recent utility bill
  6. NIN
  7. Sales record
  8. 10% Equity contributions
  9. 3% upfront fee and 4% flat monthly interest rate
  10. 2 Qualified guarantors
