Mr. S.A. Dele Sobanjo is a Director of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited.

He has varied experience spanning Pension Administration, Life Operations, General Insurance Administration, Product Development, Marketing and information Technology with over 26 years in Management Positions.

He worked in Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers Ltd and rose to the position of GM life operations before his appointment as Managing Director, Highgate Insurance Brokers between 1993-2000. He served in various capacities in AIICO Plc between year 2000 and 2013 as DGM and later Managing Director until his retirement in 2013. He also had a stint at Africa Alliance Insurance Ltd as its Managing Director in 2005.

Mr Sobanjo served in many boards some of which included: AIICO Insurance Plc, Continental Reinsurance Co PLC and FSDH merchants Bank, among others and he also served as Member of Nigeria Institute of Management

He is a Chartered Insurer, a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (FCII) and Nigeria (FIIN). He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from University of Lagos in 1981 and Master of Science in Business Administration from the same University in 1995. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
