Arc. Awagu is a Director of the Company.  An astute Architect of reputes.  He founded the Pyramid Design Company and has led many consultants of repute in architecture, Planning and Design as well as supervision of many projects both in the private and public sector of our economy.  A board member of many companies.  Some of which includes:  Ecobank Nigeria and Ghana, Abuja Investment Company Limited, Odeda Investment Limited, Eof Commerce, Ikoyi Club 1938 and many others.

Arc. Awagu holds a first and second degree in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Fellow of IOD and a member of Nigerian Institute of Architects.

Chairman, Privatization Committee; and Supervising Commissioner, Department of Commerce and Industry; Directorate of Foods Roads and Rural Infrastructure; and the State Fire Service. He won the NIJ Prize for best performing Commissioner in 1995

He also served on the board of First Alliance Pension and Benefits Ltd, Resorts Security Limited and DVCF Oil and Gas Plc, among many others.  He is a member of many associations and clubs.  He was the immediate President and Chairman of Council, Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Member Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nigerian-Singapore Business Council, Nigerian-American Chambers.

A widely travelled technocrat is happily married with children.
