Austin, born into the Royal Family of Agbarha-Otor Kingdom, in Ughelli North LGA of Delta State was born when his mates were born over three score ago. He attained greatness by dint of hard work and exceptional intellect through the Special Grace of the Almighty God.

He is the Founder & Chairman, Davodani Microfinance Bank (State Licensed DD MFB) Ltd and Davo Dani International (Nig) Limited. Also, he is currently the Chairman, TrustFund Pension Ltd and former Board Chairman, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).

His working career began with UTC NIG PLC, Benin City in 1980. After further sojourn in Academic advancement, graduated and started a career in Insurance which began in Reinsurance Company in 1987 and subsequently joined STACO insurance Plc as AGM/Head, Fin/Admin in 1996. He later joined the services of British American Insurance Plc as DGM in early 2000 before the appointment as MD/CEO of SA Alliance Life Assurance in March, 2002, the position he held until retirement in December, 2014.

Upon retirement, Founded DDMFBank Ltd, Lagos. In recognition of his professional prowess, was appointed to serve on the Board of NSITF between May, 2019 and May 2022. Currently, Chairman, TrustFund Pension Ltd. He is the Current Hon Treasurer and Vice Chairman, Finance & General-Purpose Committee as well as member, Independent Directors Register Committee, and Governing Council. He has also served as member of Agriculture and the then Banking and other Financial Institutions Committee of the Institute of Directors Nigeria (IoD).

Prince Isire holds Master Degree of Business Admin in Management from Delta State University, Abraka and Diploma in Theology from Redeemer International Leadership Academy, Lagos. An Alumnus of Pan-Atlantic University/Lagos Business School, CEP22 and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He also holds Global leadership Certificate in Ethics and Corporate Governance from Robert Morris University, Pennsylvania, USA and Certificate in Leading Successful Change Management from INSEAD Business School, Fountainbleau, France.

Austin is an astute professional of repute in Finance, Insurance, Banking, Risk and Change Management. He holds Fellowship of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) and Senior Member, the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), as well as the Membership of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB).

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (FIoD) and full Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). He is a recipient of the prestigious Award of African Leader of Integrity Merit Award.

Elder Isire, as he is known in the Christian vineyard of God, is a football enthusiast and actively plays game of Squash and Swimming. He is widely travelled both locally and internationally and happily married with children.
