Austin, born into the Royal Family of Agbarha-Otor Kingdom, in Ughelli North LGA of Delta State was born when his mates were born over three score ago.
He attained greatness by dint of hard work and exceptional intellect through the Special Grace of the Almighty God.
He is currently the Board Chairman: Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Trustfund pension Ltd (PFA), Founder & Chairman, DavoDani Microfinance Bank Ltd (DDMFBank) and DavoDani International (Nig) Limited.
His working career began with UTC NIG PLC, Benin City in 1980. After further sojourn in Academic advancement, started a career in Insurance which began with Globe Reinsurance Plc in 1987. Later moved to STACO insurance Plc as AGM/Head, Finance/Admin. Joined British American Insurance Plc (BAICO), Lagos as DGM in early 2000. In March, 2002 was appointed MD/CEO of SA Life Assurance until retirement in January, 2015.
Upon retirement, Founded DDMFBank in that year. In recognition of his professional prowess, was appointed by the President of Nigeria to serve on the Board of NSITF in May, 2019 till date and doubled as Chairman, TrustFund Pension Ltd. In addition, he is the Current Treasurer of IoD.
Prince Isire holds Master Degree of Business Admin in Management from Delta State University, Abraka and Dip in Theology from Redeemer International Leadership Academy, Lagos. An Alumnus of Pan-Atlantic University/Lagos Business School, IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain and Robert Morris University, Pennsylvania, USA with Global Certificates in Leadership, as well as INSEAD Business School, Fountainbleau, France with Certificate in Leading Successful Change Management.
Austin is an astute professional of repute in Finance, Insurance, Banking, Risk and Change Management. He holds Fellowship of: the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) and Institute of Directors, Nigeria (FIoD). He is also a Senior Member, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB) and Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
Currently, he is the Vice Chairman, Finance & General Purpose Committee and member, Independent Directors Register Committees of the Institute of Director, Nigeria, among others.
Elder Isire, as he is known in the Christian vineyard of God, is a football enthusiast and actively plays game of Squash and enjoys Swimming. He is widely traveled both locally and internationally and happily married with children.
Simeon Akpovwoghokohwo Ohwofa ksc, Knight of Saint Christopher, is a distinguished product of the prestigious Government College, Ughelli, Delta State and Nigeria’s premier University, University of Ibadan, graduating with a B.Sc in Agric-Biochemistry and Nutrition. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Benin. His love for knowledge got him professional certificates from marketing institutes of London and the Lagos Business School. He started his career as a National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) teacher, after which he left the educational sector to the Agricultural sector in production, marketing and management.He started off as a marketing/sales representative with J. L. Morisons (Now Morson Industries) and later joined Roche Nigeria Limited (The Nigerian Subsidiary of F. Hoffman-La Roch, Switzerland) where he became the Head, Feed Industries, and Vitamins Division.In June 1995, he resigned from paid employment to setup a chain of successful companies, amongst which are O. M. Simons Nigeria Limited as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Nutrivital Limited as Managing Director, Sommes Ventures Limited as Chairman.Simeon Akpovwoghokohwo Ohwofa ksc is a socially inclined man.Evidence of his social affiliations are the positions he held in the various professional and social associations he belonged to, some of which are Junior Chambers, Benin City (Jaycees), Secretary and later Vice President, Nigeria Society for Animal Production (NSAP) – Ex Officio Executive Member, Vice President and later Acting President, Nigeria Institute of Animal Science – Governing Council Member and now Vice President.He was also a member of the implementation committee of the Federal Alternative Feed Formulation. Simeon Akpovwoghokohwo Ohwofa ksc has authored books and delivered several papers on Animal Production and farming locally and internationally. Arc. Awagu is a Director of the Company. An astute Architect of reputes. He founded the Pyramid Design Company and has led many consultants of repute in architecture, Planning and Design as well as supervision of many projects both in the private and public sector of our economy. A board member of many companies. Some of which includes: Ecobank Nigeria and Ghana, Abuja Investment Company Limited, Odeda Investment Limited, Eof Commerce, Ikoyi Club 1938 and many others. Arc. Awagu holds a first and second degree in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Fellow of IOD and a member of Nigerian Institute of Architects. Chairman, Privatization Committee; and Supervising Commissioner, Department of Commerce and Industry; Directorate of Foods Roads and Rural Infrastructure; and the State Fire Service. He won the NIJ Prize for best performing Commissioner in 1995 He also served on the board of First Alliance Pension and Benefits Ltd, Resorts Security Limited and DVCF Oil and Gas Plc, among many others. He is a member of many associations and clubs. He was the immediate President and Chairman of Council, Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Member Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nigerian-Singapore Business Council, Nigerian-American Chambers.A widely travelled technocrat is happily married with children.
Mr. S.D.A. Sobanjo is a Director of Davo Dani Microfinance Bank Limited. He has served as the MD/CEO of AIICO Insurance PLC (2006-2013). He also served as Managing Director in High gate Insurance Brokers Ltd (1993 – 2000) from where he moved to AIICO Insurance PLC, Lagos as Deputy General Manager for Life Operations. In January 2005, he was appointed Managing Director in African Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd, a position he held until his appointment as Managing Director at AIICO Insurance PLC. He has varied experience spanning Pension Administration, Life Operations, General Insurance Administration, Product Development, Marketing and information Technology.He is a Chartered Insurer, a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria and serves as Member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He has been holding Management Positions for over 15 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science the University of Lagos in 1981 and Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1995. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
Mr. John Ejenavi Ologe is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Davo Dani Microfinance Bank Limited. Prior to his appointment, he was the immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Leshego Microfinance Bank Ltd (Formerly FBN Microfinance Bank Ltd). As a pioneer member of the top Management Team of FBN Microfinance Bank, He was the Head, Business Development before he became the MD/CEO of the Bank. He was the Group Executive Director, Business Development of Wize Trade Capital & Assets Management Ltd and Microfinance Bank Ltd respectively. He Held the position of the Assistant General Manager, Credit and Marketing of Home Trust Mortgage Bank Limited. Mr. Ologe spent a good number of years specializing in Credit Risk Management, Oil and Gas as well as Import and Export. He also held several positions in Eagle Bank Limited and Peak Merchant Bank Limited among others. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Petroleum Economics, majoring in Energy, Oil and Gas from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the same University. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Port Harcourt in Rivers State. He is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB). He commenced his Banking career in Commerce Bank Plc as an Officer in Corporate Banking Unit in 1989. He was later promoted to the position of an Assistant Manager with a responsibility to handle Branch Coordination in the Head Office and Deputy Manager, Export Desk also in the Head Office. Mr. Ologe has participated in several training and workshops as facilitators both local and foreign. He is a seasoned Banker with hands on experience across all areas of banking operations.
Ozore Anthony Aziakpono is the GH, Internal Audit and Control of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited. Prior to this engagement, he was the COO of Leshego Microfinance Bank Ltd (Formerly FBN Microfinance Bank Ltd), a bank he was a pioneer staff of and was responsible for setting up the Operations & IT, HR and Finance departments. He is a seasoned professional in Banking and other Service Companies Operations; He was Director of Operations of Deli Spices Ltd, an Outfit which majors on Fast Foods and Bakery Products. He earlier worked with Fortune International Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank Plc where he rose to become the Head of Operations of the Port Harcourt branch. Mr. Ozore is also a versatile Financial Analyst with hands-on experiences in Audit and Assurance, Finance and Investments and other Services. He was the Group Accountant/Financial Controller of Woksons International Ltd. He worked with D. O. Dafinone & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior and Supervisor. He holds a BSc in Economics, from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Microfinance Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB). Mr. Ozore has participated in several training and workshops locally and foreign.
Kolawole Ebenezer Oluwasogo is the Group Head, Business Development/Branch Coordination of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is a graduate of The Federal Polytechnic, Ede in Osun State where he studied Banking and Finance. He is a Certified Microfinance Bank practitioner, having successfully completed the MicroFinance Certification Examination conducted by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has over 15 years working experience having started his career with Universal Trust Bank Plc. He has also worked with Integrated Microfinance Bank, Bosak Microfinance Bank and Fina Trust Microfinance Bank in different capacities as Team and Product Lead, Business Manager, Group Business Manager and Head of Business Development before he joined Davo Dani Microfinance Bank in March 2017.
Ayotomi Olalekan Ayodeji is the Chief Finance Officer and Group Head, Operations & Services of DavoDani MFB. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Microfinance Certified Practitioner with a background degree in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun. He has over 17 years experience from 2003 till date which cuts across Finance, Admin & Auditing with several organizations like Tosin Fadare & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Zealett Incorporated Nig. Ltd., Integrated Microfinance Bank Ltd, Addosser Microfinance Bank Ltd and Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank Ltd. He joined Addosser Microfinance Bank Ltd. in the year 2010 and rose to the position of Head, Internal Audit in the year 2013. He served in that capacity till August 2014 before joining Mutual Benefits Microfinance Bank Limited as the Head of Internal Control & Audit.
He is currently with DavoDani Microfinance Bank Ltd. as the CFO, GH, Operations & Services.
Effeh, Aggie Ebong is the Head of Human Resources/Corporate Services of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA). Aggie started her working career in 1997 with Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited before joining the research industry in 2003. She later worked in Matbeny holdings in 2007, where she was till 2015 when she joined DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited. Till date she has garnered many years of Administrative experience in Banking, Research and Communications Industries. Apart from her involvements in overseeing several sensitive administrative/personnel issues, she has turned many fresh/untested talents into solid business managers who are able to hold their own on assignments. She has also supported teams in reorganising/restructuring organisation for organisational Development, where she has special interest. She has attended many functions related courses and in-house trainings.
Nnamdi Christian Iwuji is the Head, Information Technology of DavoDani Microfinance Bank. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He joined DavoDani Microfinance Bank in August, 2020 as Head, Information Technology with the overall responsibility of driving e-banking using modern technology, social media marketing and digital transformation; generating publicity and an online presence for DavoDani Microfinance Bank. Other obligations are; management of the Bank’s ICT infrastructure, core applications, e-channels and services. He has worked in various sectors like education, entertainment and manufacturing. Before joining DavoDani MFB, he was the system/network administrator and surveillance technician for CDK Industries Limited. He has attended various training and workshops on Fibre Optics, Securities, Networking, Operating Systems, Server and database management.
Mr. Ogbegwa Genesis is the Head, Credit Risk Management of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Ltd. He joined DavoDani MFB Feb 2015 in Marketing Unit and shortly he was promoted to a Unit Manager in the Business Development Department of the Bank. He was later promoted to anchor Loan Monitoring and Remedial for the Bank before being saddled with the responsibility of managing the Credit Risk Unit of the Bank.
Before moving to Davodani MFB, he had been an astute Insurance practitioner. He started his insurance career as a Field Manager in Standard Alliance Life Assurance Ltd. He later grew to the position of Agency and Branch Manager. He also had a stint at Aromare Air Travel & Tours as well as Generezi Nig. Ltd as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer after his stay at Standard Alliance.
As a seasoned Credit Risk Management, Loan Monitoring and Remedial desk Officer, Mr Genesis Ogbegwa is also trained at The Police Training School Ikeja as a Spy Police Officer with a Rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police ASP in the Nigerian Police Force.
He holds Higher Graduate Diploma in Shipping and Export Management from the Nigeria Institute of Transport & Management Technology. He is a member of the Association of Registered Insurance Agencies of Nigeria (ARIAN) and a student member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Genesis is well trained and he is a resourceful trainer. He has attended several trainings both local and off shore. He hail from Delta state happily married and bless with two children.
Sandra Iviomosto Omogbeme Esq. is the Head, Legal Department and the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of DavoDani Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds a Law Degree (LLB.) from the University of Benin and has completed her Master’s Degree program (LLM.) with the University of Lagos. She is also an Associate member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). After her call to the Nigerian Bar, she garnered experience in General Legal Practice from the Law firms of Isaac Adiatu & Co., Macmillan, Francis & Co., and Jitobo Akanike & Associates respectively. In 2017 she took up employment with Canaan Partners as head of the Corporate and commercial unit of the Firm (Canaan Nominees); where she expanded her scope in the corporate and commercial aspects of legal practice. She is a seasoned legal practitioner and governance expert, having gained extensive knowledge and experience in general litigation, corporate legal practice as well as company secretarial practice over the years.
